Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

We are excited to announce that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been set up for a manufacturing joint venture, in partnership with SagarAsia Group in Hydrabad. The NIJL leadership team, led by CEO Norbert Pieterse went to Hydrabad and met the Minister of IT and Industries Kalvakunta Taraka Rama Rao, the Principal Secretary of the IT and Industries Departments Jayesh Ranjan, the Director of Aerospace & Defence and Mr.Vidyasagar Veesamsetty, the Chairman and Managing Director of Sagar Asia Private Limited took also part in this meeting.
