NIJL developed special access stands to get optimal access, so the maintenance engineer can safely service the landing gear inspection zones: Nose and Body Landing Gear and the Wheel Well.
Advantage of the Nose Landing Gear Stand is that it is in height adjustable and therefore suitable for more types of aircraft. The Landing Gear Stands you will find on the photographs are for the A330 and A350.
The NIJL special purpose stands have a number of advantages. The working conditions are optimal due to tailored design and optional height adjustment. The stands are easy to manoeuvre because of an optimal mix of aluminum and steel, swivel castors and tow bar. And the stands are available with electrical cart for easy manoeuvring.
