Unique dock for aircraft conversion

Lately our engineers have been busy designing a complete docking system for the conversion of B737 NG aircraft for STS Aviation Group, which is currently being assembled on site. 

The complete docking system consists of separate mobile platforms. The dock is lightweight and can therefore be easily moved by hand. The docking systems consists of:

• Nose Dock
• FWD Pax
• Fuselage FWD
• Wing Dock
• Fuselage AFT
• Tail Dock
• Crown Ladder
• Mobile Stair
• Fixed Staircase

The dock is designed in close collaboration with the customer to meet all specific requirements.
Special consideration during the design process is given to the reachability of all aircraft parts specific for the conversion.
